Ashtanga vinyasa practice :

Morning class       :    1)  6.00  to    8.00 am.

                                  2)   8.45  to   10.45 am . 

Evening class         :    4.30  to  6.30 pm

Pranayama class  :    11.30 to 12.30 pm.

Patanjali Sutras    :    6.30  to 7.30 pm. 

yoga shala will be closed on Sundays, Full moon day & New moon day.
