It’s very hard to put in words the profound impact Chidananda’s guidance had -and still have- on my practice, but I can say that meeting him was one of the most valuable gifts that I´ve recieved since starting my yoga journey
He teaches the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition with much respect, love and kindness -yet being firm and assertive-, and he is fully aware of every student’s needs (no more than 12 per class, which allows him to be really present for everyone, always close by). He makes sure that foundations are properly executed and knows when and how to push you in a safe manner, giving amazing and precise instructions and the best adjustments.
His presence really inspired me, not only for his wisdom and commitment, but, more importantly, for his authenticity, humility and light.
Practicing in this Shala is a truly transformative experience, I’m very honoured to be one of his students.
