Ayurveda offers personalized recommendations for diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes to help maintain balance and promote health. These recommendations include herbal remedies, massage, yoga, meditation, and other natural therapies. Ayurveda is gaining popularity in the Western world as people seek out natural and holistic approaches to health and wellness. While Ayurveda is not a substitute for conventional medicine, it can be a complementary approach to support overall health and well-being.
