We Teach Asana in three stages

  • Advanced Series (A, B, C, D)

It’s a Mysore style of practice, all levels of students are welcome to practice at the shala.

Personalized Yoga Experience: we offer a Mysore style of practice, which is ideal for all levels of students.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes cater to your individual needs. With a maximum of 14 students per class, our teacher can give personalized attention to each student, ensuring you get the most out of your practice.Join us for our Led Class on Mondays and enjoy a personalized yoga experience every other day.

All the students will have to learn the primary series first if they practiced with dedication and effort and if they reach at least 80 percent in the primary series then they can learn the Intermediate series.

If you follow the Traditional system of Ashtanga yoga with patience, you will experience an amazing transformation of your body and mind.

To learn the Intermediate series, you must sign-up for a minimum of 1 month, practicing longer with a teacher will help you to get a better understanding and better improvements in your asana practice.

For students who complete the Primary and Intermediate series, only those students will allow learning Advance A Series.

Patanjali Sutras

Yoga shala will be closed on Sundays & Moon days.
